Maurice D’Souza’s journey began far from stages, achievements, and leadership titles — it began in Mumbai, Malad, where he was born. At the age of three, he was taken to Kerala, where he grew up while his father worked in Sharjah, supporting the family from abroad.

Maurice started his early schooling at St. Mary’s English Medium School, Varkadi in Kasargod, Kerala. He completed his board education with around 60%, but like many young dreamers, he had no clear direction about the future.

Seeking clarity and opportunity, he moved to Karnataka for higher studies at University College, Hampankatta, Mangalore. After completing his education there, he returned to Mumbai in search of work to support his family.

In Mumbai, life opened new chapters. He made friends, explored opportunities, and discovered his interest in technology. He joined JetKing to study hardware and networking — but soon realized that job life was unstable, stressful, and limiting.

He worked for six months in a photographic studio, but it wasn’t the future he dreamed of.
Every day, while watching the big city, tall buildings, fast cars, and limitless lifestyle, Maurice felt something burning inside him —
“I want to achieve something bigger… something meaningful… something that brings freedom.”

During this time, he was also completing his MBA in Finance — building both mindset and qualification.

That’s when destiny knocked.

One of his neighbours in Vashi introduced him to the world of networking and direct selling. Maurice entered the industry in 2010, and for five years, he worked relentlessly, paid off family loans, and built himself piece by piece.

But life tested him again.

He entered the real estate and property consulting sector, where he faced betrayal, financial loss, and emotional setbacks. He lost everything he had built. Yet, this breakdown became the breakthrough.

Maurice returned to networking with a new belief:
“This industry is where I can rebuild myself, build communities, and build others’ lives too.”

But once again, he saw people failing — not due to lack of effort, but due to lack of education, awareness, mentorship, and fundamentals. This hurt him deeply.

Determined to strengthen himself, Maurice invested in self-education. He studied finance, leadership, digital systems, and then entered the banking and finance sector. Within two months, he generated ₹1.5 crores, proving his capability again.

But then came the pandemic.
Lockdown. Zero movement. Zero income.
On top of that, a fire accident struck his office and residence in Bhandup, Mumbai, leaving him at the lowest point of his life.

Yet, Maurice did not break.
He walked again.
He searched again.
He rebuilt again.

And through this journey of surviving storms and rising from ashes, Maurice found his true path:

In 2021, he embraced cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and metaverse technologies. His dedication led him to become a Certified Blockchain Expert from IIT Madras Blockchain Academy (2022–2023).

Today, with over 15 years of experience, Maurice has travelled across India and abroad —
training leaders, conducting workshops, transforming mindsets, and mentoring thousands in communication, digital skills, leadership, and personal growth.

He has worked with seven organizations, co-led two, and built countless success stories.
